We employ the same proven methodology that has trained tens of millions of Americans for over 200 years: Instruction, Discussion, Practical Application, Debrief. We meet weekly for 90 minutes and go deep on one topic. Leadership doesn’t happen overnight – it requires time and intentionality.

CONTEXT

Contextual Instruction is what makes this program TRULY UNIQUE. We train your employees how to operate within and execute to your doctrine. Therefore, our instruction is designed around YOUR vision, mission, values, etc.

CULTURE

Due to the fact that each class consists only of your employees, your culture receives an equal benefit to the participating individuals. Further, we work in small groups of 4-6 at a time in order to maximize participation and collaboration. We recommend representing muliple departments in each class so as to foster a culture of ONE.
