John Kinzer
John is a sixth generation Native Texan born in Dallas. He attended Jesuit in Dallas before going to the University of Texas at Austin.
John has had a successful career in both real estate and private equity having worked for Goldman Sachs, Lone Star Funds and Lantern Capital Partners. Ultimately, John is an entrepreneur who has started numerous ventures including several operating companies.
John possesses the unique ability to identify unique solutions to complex problems and think outside the box. He has an unusual combination of financial acumen and creativity that helps him be an excellent operator. His true passion is creating strong teams with a productive and healthy culture.
Todd Boeding
Todd is in a small minority of Texans with Dallas on his birth certificate, driver’s license, and two diplomas.
A graduate of Dallas Jesuit and the University of Texas at Dallas, his professional background began in 1989 when he enlisted in the Marine Corps. Ultimately earning the rank of major in the infantry, he completed his commitment to the Corps in 2003 after serving a tour at the White House and as the platoon commander for the prestigious Silent Drill Platoon.
After 20 years of corporate experience in sales leadership at every level, Todd transitioned his knowledge of people and leadership into teaching. Todd has also served as a board member of Carry The Load since 2014.
Ted Handler
Ted is a distinguished professional with a rich background in military service, corporate leadership, and community involvement.
After 20 years of active duty service in the Marine Corps, Ted retired in 2018. As an infantry officer, Ted also served in Force Reconnaissance and as a Marine Raider. His last five years was spent with Naval Special Warfare Development Group as an operations officer.
His transition to civilian life led him to a new career with STIHL Inc. as a Senior Manager, where he was tasked with modernizing systems, processes, and mindsets to future-proof the organization.
Most recently, Ted served as the president of Terelion, a global operation focused on the design, manufacturing, and distribution of mining drill bits.
Gary Bilyeu
Gary Bilyeu is a native Texan who began his professional background in 1993 when he enlisted in the Marine Corps. He originally attended the Virginia Military Institute on a football scholarship before returning home to graduate from the University of North Texas. Upon graduating, he attended Officer Candidate School.
After becoming an Infantry Officer, he served in a wide range of leadership positions during peacetime and combat tours on Active Duty and the Reserves. He retired from the Marine Corps as a Lieutenant Colonel after 29 year of service.
Gary spent three years in corporate America before setting out on a series of entrepreneurial ventures that include real estate, insurance, and financial services. He has also served in local government positions for 15 years.
