What: Receive, Train, and Execute the mission, followed by networking over dinner and drinks
When: 1:30 pm start (on time is late). Networking dinner at 5:00 pm.

The Premise
Business is high-stakes and fast-paced, and requires sound decisions – but you know that because you’ve got the wisdom that comes with experience. Now put yourself in a different environment for a different perspective on how your business operates when you’re not there to see it.
In this exercise, you will operate as part of a team of peers who Receive, Train, and Execute a realistic mission under the tutelage of Special Operations veterans.
The Objective
Learn how teams at any level can learn to make fast, confident decisions under pressure – and have fun doing it.
The Mindset
To grow, one must get out of their comfort zone. To excel, one must be comfortable with being uncomfortable.
The Experience
One afternoon. Three phases. Then dinner and drinks with new connections and friends
Get the mission brief – the objective, the constraints, and your team.
Special Operations veterans coach your team on what the mission demands.
Run the mission as a team. Fast decisions, real pressure, no scripted answers.
Then, Dinner
Networking over dinner and drinks at 5:00 pm. The conversation is different when everyone at the table just ran a mission together.
